Whether you're organising a special occasion, celebrating a milestone birthday or just planning a big family get together, you can enjoy having the entire World of their Own venue to yourselves with our private hire package.
From an anniversary celebration or milestone birthday, to a baby shower or gender reveal party, whatever the occasion, World of their Own offers a unique family-orientated space to make your event fun and memorable. Especially where children take up a large part of your guest list! Grown-ups can relax with a range of catering options in the western-themed Diner or Fairytale Parlour, knowing that their children are safe, happy and entertained in the Wild West Play Village.
We certainly know how to throw a good party! The team here at World of their Own ensures that your special occasion is perfectly planned, from the invitation design down to the choice of food, drink and those personal extra touches. There's even the option for Wild West enthusiasts to live the dream and get involved in western-style challenges in the ranch or high rolling at the gambling table!
The World of their Own team works hard to ensure that the whole family has a fun and memorable experience, from the toddlers to the grandparents!

YOUR CELEBRATION WILL INCLUDE:
- Private use of the entire World of their Own venue
- A choice of catering options from sit down meals to light bites, afternoon tea or canapés
- Waitress service
- Supervision of little guests playing in the Wild West
- A choice of background music
OPTIONAL EXTRAS INCLUDE:
- A personalised themed Cake (1 or 2 tier)
- Party or goody bags
- Bespoke designed invitations
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- *At present we are not licensed to sell alcohol, although we hope this option will be available in the near future. You are welcome to bring your own with corkage fees applied of £5 per bottle of wine, £10 per bottle of champagne and £2 per bottle/can beer/lager. No spirits can be consumed. However, as children are part of the party, we anticipate that consumption of alcohol is not a major priority in these celebrations.
- We do not offer the 'Host your Own' private hire package unless we also supply the catering. No additional food may be brought to the event, other than a celebration cake, or as otherwise previously agreed.
- We are unlikely to accept bookings for functions that are predominantly adult guests, and no stag or hen parties.
- After-hours events may start as early as 4 p.m. and continue to as late as 10 p.m.
- The Wild West Play Village is not suitable for those children over 8 years old. Normal play rules remain in place during the event.
- A £250 deposit is payable on booking, which becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to the party date.
- The full balance will be due 5 days before the function.
